It just scrapes limited translations from another source, barely has offline translations or correct translations online, and spams buggy ads that can’t be exited. All the ad revenue with no actual work put into the app.

But the app is s h I T so many out there are good. This is not one

I’m a native English speaker living in Russia, and this is the most useful app to assist someone learning Russian. I’ve tried dozens of apps, and this is the only one I turn to everyday when I hear or read a new word. It’s so helpful how the app shows the word in different scenarios so you can see how it’s practically used. Truly a great app!

I was pleased to use this almost every day, but suddenly it stopped working.

Just...really great. Even the brief ads don't bother me as usually the case , because it just is that good. Really.

Constantly prompted for ads, really not happy about that. Trying to translate something and it would interrupt me for an ad. Uninstalled :/

This helps me so much the app my uncles mom is coming up to busy and she speaks Russian and so with the app I can speak her language

This app is perfect never had any problems.

Tried to look up definitions for the two words I wanted to know, was constantly interrupted by fullscreen ads to the point it was barely usable. Uninstalled immediately

This app is different from others, as I’ve found that it provides you with 100% accuracy. I am learning to speak Russian. I am a native English speaker. When I’ve used other apps for translations, there has always been some discrepancy. My Russian colleagues always say it sounds perfect when I speak Russian to them, and the grammar is on point as well!

There’s a lot in this app that I learn from. I definitely recommend paying $20 for the full premium version. Totally worth it.

This app has way too many advertisements and attempts to get us to buy extra stuff. It is very cumbersome because of this

Overall I love the app and it’s been very useful in my studies. However, it gets very annoying that when searching a conjugated Russian word it frequently has no translation when the first letter is capitalized. For example, the word Спорте has no translation. Change it to спорте and it has no problem. This results in a lot of frustration when plugging in unrecognized Russian words encountered without context. I wish the app was programmed to not be case sensitive. But again, overall it’s an amazing app.

But after purchasing the off line too, The translation is very weak and sometimes it is absolutely very unusual. May I ask you to follow this issue and take serious measures to fix it . The app doesn’t even translate what you type in anymore, what a ripoff, used to be a great app.

App was working perfectly now it isn’t working at all. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. Please help.

Pain in the neck to figure out how to use I couldn’t find the switch to swap between recording Russian and English because I wasn’t looking at the bottom.

I use this app ALL the time to help with my Russian studies. It has wonderful pronunciations and example sentences. I also love how I can click on each word in a sentence and listen to each individual word and read its definition. <— this feature is what really sold me on the app. If the app could improve in one area, it would be to allow people to star some of the example sentences and individual words in those sentences. Otherwise, this is amazing piece of software. I recommend anyone studying Russian get this app.

my favorite english-russian dictionary. has pronunciations, easy to use, offline ability. very good. lots of ads but if you pay $20 one time they go away forever which i think is very reasonable for such a useful dictionary.

You keep pushing advertisements right in the middle of translations that I need to do so congratulations you have a horrible program that is littered with advertisements that prevent me from doing what I wanna do so I will not be using your program and I will not be giving you my money

Wanted to translate Russian to English, tested it it by saying davai and it returned results for David then the way...SMH!

This dictionary has ads, making it objectively terrible.

Difficult to get result when you really need it. Don’t like it at all. There are plenty other translator that have adds on banner, but full screen.

At first opening and use of the app, it showed a lot of info, including many different ways to translate a word. Audio files to support you on your listening skills and how it can be pronounced naturally. But as soon as you enter a word, it shotgun-bursts you in the face with a loud-playing app. Defeats the purpose of an offline, free dictionary. Don’t get me wrong, I know the Ad Game and how these free apps make money. I wouldn’t have minded advert banners all day long. But a pop up ad for basic use (single-word search)? Nah.

I love, and appreciate the app for it’s accurate translations of both English and Russian! The only problem I have with it are the ads.. when I began to look up the word I want to translate, It interrupts with an ad. Love the app, very useful but do something about the ads!

For a beginning student of the Russian language, it has been a great help to me both in finding the Russian word and translating the Russian word to English.

This is such a good app I can be able to talk to my family very well thanks to this app 🤩🤩

Can’t find Cyrillic

The dictionary is somewhat incomplete. Only the basic vocab is here, not a complete dictionary. Not ideal if you want to use for reading, although it is convenient. Only gives one direct translation per word, no dictionary definition in Russian or alternate meanings, making it inferior to free translation apps. Only 2 stars due to offline feature.

I have about 20 Russian apps and this is the best one.

That said, the multiple options and speech is exceptional value. The text editor needs improvement, translation excellent.

I am originally from Ukraine. Since I’ve been in America I lost some of my Ukrainian, and now trying to learn Russian. This app is accurate.
